THE BEGINNING

Dwayne Lambert has been in the trucking industry his entire life. In 1989, he was hired as a driver for the Medicine Hat Byers Agency and spent the next 4 years on the road. On January 1, 1994, Dwayne purchased the Medicine Hat Agency and began operations at “Lambert Trucking 1994 Ltd.” At that time, the company consisted of one semi-tractor trailer, one body job, one day cab and a staff of 3 employees.

THE NOW

In the past 24 years, Dwayne has continually expanded the company, which has been enjoying very steady growth. Lambert Trucking 1994 Ltd currently operates 12 tractor-trailers and a 1-tonne pickup truck with 30 trailers to better serve their ever-growing clientele. He employs a staff of 25 members that diligently work to assist in the day-to-day operations of the business.

Dwayne enjoys an excellent working relationship with the local business community at large. He has excellent people skills, is very well respected by his clients and his staff. He has a reputation for being able to get the job done even when others have failed.
